Depot Repair Services

Static Power, Inc. offers a wide range of services to meet your needs. As such we have developed a depot repair facility to handle small product UPS systems.

We will trouble shoot, repair units, and replace batteries as part of a flat rate service fee. Unit repair is for small discrete components only. If it is determined that the UPS will require additional repair work, not covered under this program, a quotation will be provided free of charge. If it is determined UPS is not repairable or cost effective to do so, a quotation for a new or refurbished UPS will be provided free of charge. This program applies to UPS internal batteries only. External Extended Runtime battery packs will be priced separately. Shipping costs are incurred by the customer.
